I really liked Hyoyeon's dance number. I was rooting for her to win, but alas, it was not to be...lol. For a minute i thought she was gonna drop both of those bottles. Hyeongseok could have made it a little easier for her to catch them, had he tossed it from a shorter distance, using less force. Anyway, this was a great dance number. The 22 points well deserved.

kpopantz, Hyoyeon's been the underdog in SNSD, believe it or not in Korea, and I'm so happy for her she finally got the chance to shine on stage. BTW, I'm glad it seems you enjoyed the DWS-Korea videos here 'cause I debated a lot whether or not to upload them due to their low quality.

Hyoyeon is the reason why i watched DWS Korea from the start. I've been quiet, but i check your blogs 3-4 times a week for new info. Im amazed at how loyal her fan base is, and the attention she's received for being possibly the best female girl group dancer in Korea. I say that, not having done research, but i haven't been as impressed with any other female dancers, except BOA. I agree, she is the underdog, and people want her to "lose", this global beauty pageant-war, that the world is in, over these girls. What i like that Hyoyeon is doing, she's displaying her other charms and talents, so the world can see she's not a one trick pony. I think she'll always find work in the ENT business, be it dancing, comedy, or variety shows, instead of just being someone's pretty little wife. This girl is gonna always be a celebrity.
